High-performance centrifugal impeller engineered for extreme conditions, resistant to 180℃ high temperature and particle erosion. Designed for stable, durable operation in demanding chemical and metallurgical working environments.

Under synergistic working conditions of high corrosiveness, high particle erosion, and 180℃ high temperature, this centrifugal impeller features advanced material construction and precision engineering:
  • Double-layer structure using aluminum oxide (AL₂O₃)/silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic composite material integral molding
  • Alternative construction: High chromium alloy steel (FV520B) substrate with plasma sprayed TiC/TiN ceramic coating
  • Hardness HRA ≥ 90 with wear resistance improved by more than 100 times
  • Temperature resistance up to 380℃ with thermal expansion matching error controlled within 6.6μm
  • Optimized blade geometry through three-dimensional flow field particle trajectory simulation (MERDIL algorithm)
  • Dual splitter structure reduces local erosion angle to 15°-25°
  • Surface coating thickness precisely controlled at 0.3-0.8mm with laser cladding transition layer
  • Erosion resistance life exceeding 8000 hours
  • Wear amount ≤ 0.15mm after 168 hours continuous operation
  • Dynamic balance accuracy reaches G0.4 level
