Technical Specifications
Strictly following API 617 9th edition overspeed testing specification, continuously running for 60 seconds at 115% maximum continuous operating speed (MCOS). Real-time monitoring and verification of residual deformation under extreme centrifugal load ≤ 3μm through laser displacement sensing system (accuracy ±0.5μm), ensuring no plastic deformation and no micro crack propagation.
  • Blade manufacturing adopts laser 3D scanning + CFD fluid structure coupling iterative optimization closed-loop process
  • Micrometer level matching (±0.008mm) of blade outlet angle, tip clearance and chord length distribution
