Product Overview
This zero-oil, zero-vibration centrifugal impeller is purpose-engineered for the stringent operating requirements of aerospace and cryogenic applications. Utilizing full five-axis CNC integrated machining, it achieves micron-level precision in dimensional accuracy, flow path smoothness, and structural consistency. The manufacturing process eliminates residual stress and assembly deviations common in traditional spliced impeller production.
Strictly calibrated to ISO 1940 G2.5 dynamic balance standard, the impeller controls residual unbalance to extremely low levels, effectively suppressing vibration transmission during high-speed operation to achieve near-zero vibration across the full working speed range.
The specially optimized oil-free structural design completely removes the need for lubricating oil in rotating interfaces, eliminating risks of medium contamination and oil leakage failure. It maintains excellent structural stability and operational reliability even under extreme low-temperature environments and aerospace high-altitude low-pressure conditions.
