This high-precision three-dimensional flow centrifugal impeller is fully formed through advanced five-axis CNC integrated machining, which completes the precision forming of complex twisted blades, hub transition surfaces and narrow flow channels in a single setup, eliminating repositioning errors and ensuring all critical dimensional tolerances are controlled within ultra-tight ranges to deliver excellent aerodynamic performance.
After machining, it undergoes strict G2.5 grade dynamic balance correction in full accordance with ISO 1940 standards, effectively suppressing vibration and noise during high-speed operation, avoiding the risk of resonance and structural fatigue, and laying a solid foundation for long-term stable operation.
