Fully Customized Distillation Chemical System with Steam Compressor
This fully customized distillation chemical system utilizes a steam compressor for a 7T/H two-stage series deamination distillation system. The system operates with inlet steam temperature of 79°C at 45.5Kpa pressure, and exhaust temperature of 114°C at 163.7Kpa pressure. The installed power is 800kw with power consumption of 70kw*h per ton of steam.
The system features a gear speed integrated multi-stage compressor with imported guide vane pre-rotation and automatic control. It maintains constant back pressure with adjustable air volume range of 70% to 100%, specifically designed for process gas compression.
