Technical Specifications
This high-precision, fully customized high-speed corrosion-resistant centrifugal impeller is specifically designed for extreme industrial environments. The component utilizes Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy laser powder bed melting (LPBF) integrated forming process to achieve zero structural defects, material homogeneity, geometric contour accuracy of ±0.02mm, and dynamic balance accuracy breakthrough to residual eccentricity level of 0.5 μm (equivalent to G0.2 level, ISO 1940-1), far exceeding conventional industrial standards.
This accuracy is achieved through a laser interference-based multi-plane dynamic correction system and constant temperature, humidity vibration-free calibration platform, ensuring rotor vibration amplitude remains stable at <1 μm during high-speed operation at 30,000-45,000 RPM, completely eliminating the risk of fatigue cracks caused by micrometer-level imbalances.
Surface Protection & Durability
The surface composite PVD TiAlN hard coating (0.3-0.5 μm) and laser cladding NiCrBSi gradient transition layer provide exceptional corrosion resistance with an average corrosion rate of less than 0.03mm in multi-component strong corrosive media including HF, LiPF₆, Cl₂, H₂S, and wet hydrogen sulfide, with a service life exceeding 15,000 hours.
