High precision fully customized centrifugal compressor impeller manufactured using Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy integral additive manufacturing (LPBF) process, achieving seamless integrated structure. Dynamic balance accuracy reaches G0.4 level (ISO 1940-1) with residual unbalance ≤ 0.1 g*mm/kg, meeting stable operation requirements under ultra-high speed (≥ 30,000 rpm) conditions.
