This high-performance rotating component features a high-strength titanium alloy substrate combined with a nanoscale chromium nitride coating, delivering ultra-high corrosion resistance specifically engineered for high-sulfur environments including natural gas compression and coke oven gas pressurization.
The titanium alloy substrate provides excellent structural toughness, low density, and outstanding mechanical properties to withstand high centrifugal stress during long-term high-speed operation. The surface is deposited with a dense, uniform nanoscale chromium nitride coating through advanced physical vapor deposition, forming a stable, inert protective barrier that effectively blocks corrosive media contact.
